Our cases are available for a range of iPhone and Samsung models. Available models are shown on each product page - simply select your device before adding your case to your basket.
Are Velōura cases MagSafe compatible?
Selected Velōura designs are available with MagSafe compatibility for effortless magnetic charging and accessory connection. Look for “MagSafe” in the product title or description to make sure you’re choosing the MagSafe version.
What is the difference between your standard and MagSafe cases?
Both are designed to offer stylish everyday protection. Our MagSafe-compatible cases also include built-in magnetic compatibility, allowing them to connect securely with MagSafe chargers and compatible accessories.
How protective are Velōura cases?
Our cases are designed for everyday protection, with a durable construction and raised edges around the screen and camera to help protect your phone from everyday bumps and scratches.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Velōura case is made to order. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free UK shipping?
Yes. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your Velōura case. Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Please check our policy for eligibility, timeframes and instructions before returning an item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our cases are made to order, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as you can. While we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun, we’ll always do our best to help.
What if I ordered the wrong phone model?
Please double-check your selected phone model before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible so we can see whether your order can still be amended.
